【Pan-fry: 煎:】
加熱煎鍋。放入未經解凍的餃子(平面向底),用中火煎約1分鐘。無須加食油烹調。 倒入1/2杯(約80毫升)清水後加蓋,用中火煮約5分鐘。 打開鍋蓋再用中火煮至水份全部蒸發, 餃子底部呈金黃色,即可食用。
